To round off the package, let's not forget we have to stop every now and then. Honda upped the ante in the braking department by sandwiching 310mm floating rotors between a pair of fade-resistant sintered metal pads sent into action by a pair of powerful and responsive four-piston calipers. This represents a sizeable increase in stopping power over the 296mm discs of the 600F. At the rear, a lightweight single-piston caliper mounted atop the swingarm grips a 220mm disc.
Easy
to read and functional by design, Honda once again combines the digital
speedometer with a prominent analog tachometer. The gauge set, believe
it or not, holds more functionality in yet less weight than its predecessors.
